Across this morning’s news came the tragic story of the couple, Rachel & Christian, who lost their new baby because Rachel didn’t know how to perform CPR on one so young. With the collaboration of University Hospitals Derby & Burton NHS Trust, Rachel Pepper has created a short film which they hope will be shared by NHS Trusts across the country.
